BODY POLISH – Sugar & Salt Scrub
G&G Body Polish, is a great way to exfoliate and moisturise your skin – Body, Hands and Feet. Firstly, mix in the oils of the polish or scrubs. Apply to freshly washed feet, hands and entire body, massaging in a circular motion to allow the granules to remove dead skin cells. Rinse off well. This will leave your skin looking and feeling refreshed, smooth and healthy.

MASSAGE OILS
G&G Massage Oils have a grapeseed base. Grapeseed oil antioxidants are called pro-cyanidolic oligomers (PCO’s). They are known for their ability to help increase intracellular vitamin C levels, decrease capillary breakdown, and bind collagen structures together to protect them from bacteria and disease.
Grapeseed oil also contains polyphenols, which are antioxidants. Polyphenols have been proven to help slow the process of ageing, and, because it is a natural anti-inflammatory, can help clear acne.
Few massage oils actually help “prevent” clogged pores and skin breakouts, but grapeseed oil contains a high amount of linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid, which is really good for oily skin.
Grapeseed is one of the best massage oil because it has an exceptionally smooth glide and easy absorbtion into the skin, as well as being a great oil for hot stone massage, facial massage and deep tissue massage.
In addition to the grapeseed carrier oil is our African plant extracts of Aloe, Fynbos, Marula and Baobab as well as pure silk, making our massage oils some of the best on the market. Apply oil to your hands, warm and massage in circular motions onto the body.

FOOT SOAK
G&G foot soak is a blend of essential oils, salts and moisturisers. Soaking the feet can be very relaxing as well as cleansing. Depending on the size of the foot bath add roughly half a cup of foot soak to warm water and allow the feet to soak for about 10-15 minutes. After the soak you can then use a spoon full of dry foot soak to exfoliate the now softened skin off the feet.

FACIAL EXFOLIATOR
G&G walnut facial scrub heightens the skins natural metabolic processes like no other with a densely textured, smooth gliding, and energizing scrub. Our scrub scours away dead, tired skin cells while literally vacuuming up impurities. It is excellent for all skin types.
Once your skin is wet, apply a dab of the scrub and massage it all over the face and neck but avoiding the eye area. It needs to be rubbed in softly. Once your whole face has been covered, gently rinse off all of the scrub and your face will feel smooth and soft. Gently pat dry the skin. One point to note is that the facial scrub should not be used more than once a week. For a facial treatment, the facial scrub is applied after cleansing and before using one of our facial masks. If using the facial range at home it is best use before applying the G&G Toner.

FACIAL MASKS
Our G&G range of Facial masks are broken up into 3 different derivatives – each one offering different benefits due to their unique ingredients.
Once the facial exfoliator has been rinsed then the relevant mask needs to be chosen. We offer a Moisturising Facial Mask, an Anti-Blemish Mask and an Anti-Age facial mask.
Using damp hands, apply the mask directly onto slightly damp skin. The mask should not be rubbed into the skin, it should be applied like frosting on a cupcake! Be sure to avoid the eye area, keep nostrils clear and extend the mask from the face, down the neck and throat. The masks can be left on for 10-15 minutes. During this time the client can enjoy a manicure or pedicure. When removing the mask, do so gently with plenty of water and a wash cloth. To dry – pat the skin, do not rub the skin dry with a towel.

Moisturising Facial Mask – Ingredient effects:
Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Fruit Butter: Gives moisture and texture to the product. Very hydrating and nourishing

Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil: Called the skin oil, it heals small cuts and abrasions, hydrates and nourishing

Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil: High in Anti oxidants, it assists in maintaining the moisture level, preparing the skin for environmental aggression.

Sodium Hyaloranate:Hydrating and plumping.
Allantoin: Soothing and healing

Anti Blemish Facial Mask – Ingredient effects:
Trictum Vulgare (Wheat Germ) Oil: Anti inflammatory, healing and restoring ph balance

Kaolin: Absorbs oil, matifying and healing

Argania Spinosa Kernel Extract: commonly referred to as Argan oil, repairs the skin, slows down sebaceous secretions. Healing.

Hysspos Officinalis Extract: Soothing and antibacterial.

Anti-Age Facial Mask – Ingredient effects:
Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil: High in Anti oxidants, it assist in maintaining the moisture level, preparing the skin for environmental aggression.

Sodium Hyaloranate: Hydrating and plumping.

Algae Extract: Remineralising and restoring circulation so skin processes can take place.

Pullulan: A glucose polymer, it is extremely hydrating and acts as a humectant.

Cera Alba: Beeswax. The wax obtained from the honeycomb of the bee. Intensely anti-bacterial and hydrating.

BODY  MASKS
G&G range of Body masks are broken up into 2 different derivatives – each one offering different benefits due to their unique ingredients. 

Once the Body Polish has been rinsed off and the skin pat dried then the relevant mask needs to be chosen. We offer a Moisturising Body mask and a Detox Body Mask. Sad to say our skin is usually neglected, that is, all but the facial skin. Many times we have multiple products that we use on the face, but only normally a body lotion for the body. The body mask must be applied to the whole body (except areas that cannot be touched!!!) in an even coverage. Then the disposable bed cover can be used to cover the body and then towels or blankets placed on top to increase the temperature and allow the mask to work its magic. Time for a body mask is normally between 25-30 minutes. During this time the client can receive a head massage or any other relaxing treatment. Lastly, the body mask can be rinsed off in the shower and then pat dried. After this the G&G Body Lotion or Body Treatment cream can be applied for deep moisturizing or a gentle massage with our oils.

Moisturising Body Mask – Ingredient Effects:
Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil: Hydrating and nourishing. Protects the hydro lipid barrier.

Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter: Gives texture to the product and adds moisture and oils into the skin

Detox Body Mask – Ingredient Effects:
Kaolin: Absorbs oil, matifying and healing.

Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil: Anti oxidant, detoxifying and stimulating the blood circulation. Increases the skins natural ability to cleanse itself.

HEEL BALM
G&G Heel balm is a bees wax based recipe and is the perfect treatment for areas of intensely dry, cracked and damaged skin. In addition it contains silk proteins to aid in the moisture balance and protection of the skin. As well as the heels, it can also be applied to other areas on the feet and also elbows to aid in the healing process. Bees Wax naturally protects, repairs and hydrates the skin. It is best applied after the foot exfoliator has been used.

TONER
Our G&G Toner is a very gentle, non-irritating, oil controlling skin care product made with Witch Hazel and Silk Proteins. The Toner gently removes excess oil and impurities without leaving the skin over-dry. It locks in moisture leaving your skin soft, smooth and naturally balanced.
The toner can be used after a facial mask and before a moisturiser or directly after a facial scrub. In addition – for a daily regimen, it can be applied after a cleanser / facial cleansing soap and also before a moisturizer.

MOISTURIZER
Our moisturizers are very rich and a little goes a long way. They are hypoallergenic and contain the wonderful properties of silk, rooibos and aloe vera. The Nourishing Moisturizer is for a dryer, more mature skin while the Moisturizer is for an oily to normal skin.
